Frequently Asked Questions
This section is designed to provide as much information as possible on our Green Garden Village and the renewable energy production.
Please get in touch if you have a question that is not answered below
What is the Green Garden Village?
We are creating a Green Garden Village Community working with Osceola County on all local and regulation requirements. The Green Garden Village is a world leading innovation centre for the production of renewable energy products. The buildings upon the property will be designed to merge in with the existing landscape, they will be no more than 2 stories high, have pitch roofs with brick and solar facades. The concept for the green garden village is for the next generation. The whole ethos of our business is to deliver carbon emission products which enable domestic and commercial users to reduce their carbon output.
The Green Garden Village will be the first green technology and manufacturing complex dedicated to producing products for the Unites States of America to aid it's transition into green energy and its journey to net zero.
What is the Hydrogen Plant?
We are intending to construct a small 5MW PEM Electrolyser system. This system has a proven safety record over decades. Our technology is regulated by the hydrogen industry panel on codes, international code council and national fire protection association. Green hydrogen is safer then conventional fuels, hydrogen is not toxic unlike conventional fuels, and our system does not use chemicals to produce hydrogen and oxygen. A hydrogen emission will not contaminate the environment or threaten the health of humans or wildlife. Hydrogen is 14 times lighter than air, this means than when released hydrogen will typically rise and disperse rapidly. Gasoline has a greater risk for explosion than hydrogen for any given environment for oxygen. We only use storm water for hydrogen production and will build under ground tanks to capture rain water.
What has happened to our park?
Community engagement is at the centre of our company philosophy, we will actively encourage and ensure that this relationship is our number 1 priority. We will be working with Osceola County to install a new woodland nature walk through the conservation area. This will be accessed from our visitor centre set up at the entrance of the property and open to the community 24/7. We are intending to construct in collaboration with Osceola County, recreation amenities, for example: a new lake house, boat ramp and well-being centre that will available to the local community and our employees. We plan to create a location that provides nature trails and use to the well-being centre, restaurant and leisure facilities.
Will there be more traffic congestion?
We do not envisage major traffic disruption. We are not transporting hydrogen for example, and will have lorries regulated at off peak hours to access the carriage way. Our employees are encouraged to use electric shuttle bus transport that we provide in order to limit car travel.
What is next generation Green Garden?
The design concept for the Green Garden will be developed in line with our US entity Panacea's philosophy to blend in with its locality and will enhance and preserve local wildlife alongside re-wilding. Our aim is to work collaboratively with Osceola County's school board, Valencia College, and the University of Central Florida to create a training program for students in renewables to provide the necessary skill set for the future in these industries.
How long will it take to construct?
We are at stage 1 with the County and have an estimated 3 year programme to complete the whole Village. This will be in conjunction with the Osceola County Community project program and dependent upon design, permitting and construction timelines.
